Pursuant to the provisions of the Amended Decree of Sale entered by the Circuit Court of Carroll County, VA on May 10, 2024. Case No. CL22-73 in the case of Sherry Lynn Laws v. Sarah Ashley Carico the undersigned Special Commissioner will offer for sale at public auction to the highest bidder on the premises on Saturday, July 27^th, 2024 at 10:00 am the following property:
