Pursuant to the provisions of the Amended Decree of Sale entered by the Circuit Court of Carroll County, VA on April 10, 2024. Case No. 21-322 in the case of Ruth Anne Burleson, Sharon Key Beasley & Diana Faye Elledge v. Kenneth Ray Elledge & Sarah Gay Kast the undersigned Special Commissioner’s will offer for sale at public auction to the highest bidder on the premises on Saturday, July 13^th, 2024 at 10:00 am the following property:
